TUESDAY 27th of September 6-9PM

WORKSHOP DESCRIPTION

The way you see the world determines your wellbeing. The story you tell yourself may focus on your shortcomings and limit you. On the other hand, you can be aware of your strengths, while feeling freedom and joy. When you understand the habits of your mind, you will make better choices about who you want to be.

This workshop will focus exactly on how you develop your resources that support your growth. You will build up your resilience muscles that help you in the face of challenges. You will investigate your purpose through the lens of your past and present, as well as consider the future you want to create. Likewise, you will see clearly the threads that weave the story of your life and discover more aliveness in what has been bugging you so far.

All in all, you will have an opportunity to reflect on your life’s trajectory and consider what you may want to change for good.
